Salesforce Developer Noida , Onsite role Position Overview: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining complex Salesforce applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, contribute in architecting solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business needs.

Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality solutions. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), SOQL, SOSL. Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using RESTful and SOAP web services. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, schema, and best practices for data governance. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator). Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Salesforce CLI). Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery, or other AI/ML capabilities. Experience with Heroku, Azure Cloud, or other cloud platforms. Non-Technical Requirements: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks and deadlines effectively. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Salesforce technologies and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities: Develop custom solutions using Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and services using REST/SOAP APIs. Customize Salesforce solutions to optimize platform capabilities and meet specific business requirements. Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, approval processes, and validation rules.
