Employer accounts sign up with a work email address - personal providers like Gmail aren't accepted for the employer role.
15% placement fee
If you hire a candidate sourced through Avants, a fee of 15% of their first-year gross compensation is due within 30 days of their start date. Candidates are never charged. Only fires once the candidate confirms the hire - not the moment you mark someone hired.
Non-circumvention (12 months)
You agree not to hire a candidate you met through Avants outside the platform - directly or via a third party - within 12 months of their first application, without paying the placement fee.
Candidate data stays candidate data
Resumes, interview recordings, and personal information can only be used to evaluate that candidate for your open roles - never for marketing, resale, or training your own models.

Job postings must comply with equal employment opportunity law. AI match scores and interview verdicts are assistive only - you agree not to use them as the sole basis for any hiring decision.
Genuine job postings only
Every listing must be a real, open role. Phantom postings or resume harvesting are grounds for immediate account termination.
