Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from candidates and employers.
For Candidates
Yes. During the apply flow, choose "No Resume: Use LinkedIn" and paste your About, Experience, and Education sections from your LinkedIn profile. We'll generate a structured resume for you automatically.
An AI compares your resume directly against the specific job's requirements and produces a 0-100 score along with a breakdown of what matches and what's missing. You can revise your resume and re-check your score as many times as you want before submitting.
It's a real spoken interview. The AI asks you questions out loud, you respond by recording your voice, and your answers are transcribed and evaluated. There's no typing involved.
Only you and the employer for that specific job can access your interview audio. It's not public and isn't shared with any other employer.
There's no fixed number. The AI decides for itself when it has enough information to make a confident assessment. You can also end the interview early at any time using "Wrap Up Interview."
After the interview, the AI gives a Strong Yes / Yes / No / Strong No verdict with specific reasoning. This is shown to the employer alongside your application, but it's a signal to help them prioritize review, not an automatic rejection.
Employers need to confirm you're legally able to work from your location before extending an offer. This information is only visible to the employer you're applying to.
For Employers
We require a company email (not gmail/yahoo/etc.) for employer accounts so candidates and the platform can trust that job postings come from real companies.
After signing up, check your company email for a verification link. Job posting is locked until you verify. You can resend the email from your dashboard if you didn't receive it.
Applicants are automatically sorted by their AI-generated match score against your job's specific requirements, highest first, so you see your strongest candidates without manually screening every resume.
